Vasoli, Federico (Lawyer – dMTV Europe, Member of FinanceMalta)

Federico Vasoli is a lawyer admitted to the Bar of Milan, to the Chamber of Advocates of Malta as an EU lawyer and by the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice as a foreign lawyer in Hanoi. He resides in Malta, and is a partner and director of the international law, tax and advisory firm dMTV, with offices in Malta, Singapore, Vietnam and Dubai.

He assists large groups as well as small and medium enterprises and start-ups from virtually any jurisdiction, primarily in dealing with domestic and international contracts and company law, trusts, international tax matters, in a multiplicity of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, VFAs, DLTs and IoT, wealth management and funds.

He co-operates with governmental institutions and is regularly a speaker and contract professor on international law and business matters and more recently on the regulation on distributed ledger technologies and virtual financial assets.
