He has built a strong expertise and knowledge in the Real Estate sector working for 10 years in real estate consulting and business development. He is mastering all aspect of real estate deals such as economic and financial, legal, notary, commercial for more than 100 real estate development transactions sized from 1 to 15 mln Euro. From 2011 he is dealing in particular with the identification and offering of high-return investment opportunities that relate to high-value assets showing high-rated future yield and unique contractual conditions. He has a personal track record higher than 130 million Euro and has personally managed, from 2012, transactions closed successfully worth approximately 85 mio Euro. In this crunch-time period, thanks to the knowledge obtained throughout a priviledged oversight over the real estate market, both private and institutional, and thanks to the wide relationships in place with different business sectors and companies, he can provide its clients with innovative business solutions and exclusive opportunities
