Parodi, Marialuisa (CIO – Soave Asset Management)

Investment manager with more than 20 years’ experience of working in international and multicultural environments,  mainly as  global fixed income fund  manager, macro analysist and strategist. Served on several Investment Committees in the UK, Italy, Switzerland and France, focusing on asset management for both institutional and private clients.
Committed to gender equality,  in the last 10 year Marialuisa has also been   actively promoting initiatives and projects  to empower women, serving as President of BPW (Business Professional Women) Club Ticino  and as member of the national BPW Equal Pay Day Task Force (2013-2016). She  currently leads  FAFTPlus, the  Federation founded 60 years ago by  the female associations of Tessin and now open for membership  to all institutions  willing to promote gender diversity and inclusion.
