MEYER, MARCEL (Partner Audit & Risk Advisory – Deloitte Switzerland)

Marcel is a Partner in the Audit & Risk Advisory practice of Deloitte Switzerland with more than 14 years of experience serving national and multinational traditional and alternative investment management clients in countries such as the US, most central and Eastern European countries as well as the Near and middle East. He is the engagement Partner on Swiss and Liechtenstein regulated fund management companies including their managed funds (private equity, infrastructure and other alternative investment funds), alternative investment managers and private equity houses in Switzerland and Eastern Europe. Further, he spent many years auditing the asset side of major international (Re-)insurance groups. Over the last few years, he built the “Assetbox”, a bespoke outsourcing business for Swiss Asset Managers. Further to his financial services experience, Marcel built a dedicated team of Russian speaking professionals to serve private equity clients operating from and in CIS countries, covering a wide range of industries.
Marcel is the responsible partner for the Investment Management practice in Audit & Risk Advisory. He is a member of the Swiss Executive Team of the Audit & Risk Advisory service line.
