Lagona, Marco (Head of Fund Services – Amicorp Luxembourg)

Marco LAGONA is Head of Fund Services at Amicorp Luxembourg SA. He joined Amicorp in 2013 and before taking over the lead of the Funds Department he served as Senior Manager in charge of Structuring and Client Relationship for Fund and Corporate Services.
Furthermore Marco is a CSSF authorised Director and is member on the Board of Directors of a Luxembourg AIFM Umbrella SIF.
Before joining Amicorp, in 2007 and in 2010 Marco worked first in a Luxembourgish Bank and then in a Trust Company being part of an Italian Bank Group and in both cases he held the position of Senior Manager in charge of Structuring and Client Relationship for private and corporate clients, participating to the launch/set up of these institutions.
Marco’s career in Luxembourg commenced in 1998 in a local bank being part of an important Italian Bank Group, where he covered several roles in the structuring and commercial fields of the bank’s Corporate Department. At a later stage he took over the role of Deputy Director in charge of the Marketing and Business Development for the SMEs on the Italian Market.
