Franzetti, Paola (Head of Legal Division – CSVN)

Paola is a legal counsel  and a EMBA, with a broad experience in the financial sector in Switzerland with international view.

Paola is currently Head of the legal division of the Centro Studi Villa Negroni, where she is leading educational paths and she is speaker and lecturer in various courses, including financial services regulation, market abuse and sustainable finance. Her contribution includes publications in the field of sustainable regulation.

Previously, she worked almost 20 years as lawyer at BSI Bank and EFG Bank with strong expertise in wealth management, financial markets and products as well as regulatory issues
